Refund Policy

Dedup offers a Free tier so teams can evaluate the product before purchasing Pro. Use the Free tier if you want to test Dedup before committing to a paid plan.

• Pro plan payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
• No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments are offered for unused time, unused analyses, accidental purchases, renewals, plan changes, or cancellations.
• Canceling Pro stops future renewals; it does not create a refund for the current billing period.

This policy applies to Pro purchases unless applicable law requires a refund.
